Hi there. I’m Matt Cavanaugh.

I spent the last 12 years in sales and the last 8 of those 12 years as a serial entrepreneur starting, growing multiple successful businesses. But the journey wasn't always a bed of roses.

I would find myself chasing squirrels and thinking I was invincible. This started to cause a lot of my businesses to stop growing and even start falling backwards. I became reactive and inconsistent. Things started impact me and I got in my own way too many times to count. After hiring some of the best mentors in the business and hosting a podcast with over 400 episodes I have made it to the other side... and now I am here to tell you it doesn’t have to be like that.

We get into business to have freedom. Time Freedom. Financial Freedom. Only to discover that sometimes it feels like we are the least free of any of our friends.

I've worked the 100 hour weeks. I have had the sleepless nights working to get things done. I always told myself this is what it takes to grow a successful business. What I didn't know is that sleepless nights make it really hard to make the right choices in your business and really easy to start chasing squirrels.

Gaining success as an agent can be a grind. Building a team can feel even harder. It seems so simple from the outside. Just recruit a bunch of agents and have them sell for you. You can do the quick math and it all pencils out.

But then reality sets in.

There are so many "gurus" and coaches out there telling you their ideas when they have never grown their own real estate team. Unfortunately they are usually the loudest on social media and in online ads.

I am a mentor that has walked the path . I have put the theories to the test to filter out the ones that actually work and the ones that just sound good in your head.
